- Body Balancing
William Sutherland an Osteopath in the early 1900's first explored the idea that the skull of the human is not solid - discovering that the bones of the skull move in relationship to one another - thus developing a system known as Cranial Osteopathy.
Dr Upledger took this one step further in the 1970's. Hence today we have CranioSacral Therapy.
CranioSacral Therapy balances the fluid that flows through the brain and spinal cord. By tuning in to the rhythm in different areas of the body and feeling its vibrations the trained practitioner is guided to areas in need of attention.
CranioSacral Balancing is a very gentle and non-invasive therapy. It can help with:
| Central Nervous System problems
| Back Pain
Children with learning disabilities
