Meditation is a therapeutic tool which can be utilised by everyone. The gentle art of Meditation allows the body, mind and spirit to relax, release pent up emotions, mental stressors, physical pain and awaken spiritual awareness.
Meditation encourages an understanding of the self whilst allowing growth from within. Relaxation and stillness are the main contributory factors to a successful meditation.
Meditation is taught at all Krysallis courses commencing with basic meditation practices and advancing in visualisation and awareness as the courses progress.
