Hypnosis and Meditation have benefited people for thousands of years, these are very natural and perfectly safe states of awareness, like daydreaming, that can allow relaxation and healing. During a hypnotic experience you are aware of everything that is going on around you. You are always in control. Allowing your body to relax, freeing your mind to wander through the archives of your memories, searching and finding whatever you seek.
Hypnosis is a comfortable, relaxing and enlightening experience. When falling asleep, waking or gazing distractedly at nothing you are in this state, so there is no reason to be uneasy during a Hypnosis session.
In an altered state you can access your subconscious mind, which is similar to a videotape library. Everything you’ve ever experienced is stored there, along with all the associated sounds, smells and emotions. In your subconscious mind you are more aware, more in tune with all your senses, including creativity and imagination.
The subconscious mind allows a person to utilise its vast and powerful knowledge to bring together the necessary information to help deal with issues and problems in their current NOW time. These issues may relate to this lifetime, a past lifetime, or attain knowledge from the wondrous realm of Spirit. They are accessed through the superconscious mind.. When the conscious mind relaxed and listens – confirmation is twofold – it hears for itself and also has it confirmed and supported by the subconscious mind.
Sometimes for seemingly unknown reasons, things bubble up to the surface no matter how hard we try to keep them hidden. Like lava in a volcano, it bursts out and there is nothing you can do to stop it. Something triggers a memory and the “videotape” is retrieved from the library and replayed.
Through Hypnosis you can choose to access emotional memories from past traumas and deal with them, allowing you to see the big picture. You can see why you created the situation you are in and how to deal with it.
Hypnosis is a very deep and powerful modality and once the subconscious and conscious minds realise this they can work together in tandem to help you solve your problems.
